Well, I did it. Yep, I finally went to an exercise boot camp. I have seen them talked about on T.V. but they were all in Tulsa and early in the mornings. No way I could do one. One of our local young men has started a boot camp and I have been curious about it but had no nerve to try it. A parent of a softball player that played for husband has been doing it and just going on about it to husband. He got all excited about it and told me that he thought I would like it. I told him to find out all the details and I would try it. Well, the parent called husband and told him that the owner of the camp was having two free sessions this week so.......................I went. I like being pushed by somebody other than myself.
but I know that I get a good workout as compared to what I usually get from pushing myself. I'm going to have some problems meeting the toilet seat without falling on it for a few days. Yes, I am going to be sore. That is okay, I have started it, I will be signing up for a full four week training. I look forward to being assessed half way through and then again at the end. I hope to see some very positive results and if I don't, then I will do it again. You might want to try it if you have a boot camp trainer in your area.
