The Natives are restless

NICE! Our head man will be a no shows today. Same ole same ole. The we will be getting paid slave wages and have to fill in for the manager. I think we should get the managers wage for the day. The natives are getting restless and, from what I am hearing, the chief is ready to make threats. All I would like to see is all our administration at work on time, taking care of their building and their building only, be in their offices when you need them, and not being gone for two or three days a week for things that have nothing to do with work. In other words, lead by example.

We have some of the best employees in the state. That is proven daily by the fact that our building ticks like a clock. However, we are starting to feel like (after several events over the past four years) we are not respected by our admininstration. An administration that is hard to find when needed. An administration with members that may be gone two or three days a week doing things that have nothing to do with work. An administration that has members trying to rule over others in another building. An administration that even if they are at work when it starts, they find excuses to leave the school to do personal things. It is tiring. We make them look so good and they act like we are expendable and don't care about us. I think it is only right that the native start to get restless.
