Boy am I glad that lastnight wasn't tonight. It was a bad night. I couldn't get to sleep until after 11:00. I couldn't get comfortable. I finally got to sleep then had to get up at 2:00 to go to the bathroom. Got back to sleep and then the cramps set in and they were the worse I think I have ever had. Got up and took some excedrin. Cramps let up some but didn't go away and i couldn't go back to sleep Finally, at 5:00, I got up and went to poop. I also took off the bandaid on the end of my finger for a split that isn't healing but the bandaid was driving me crazy for some reason. I went back to bed and got good and comfortable, finally, cramps went away, and I went back to sleep. I slept hard for the next couple of hours. I'm feeling very lethargic and out of sorts today. I think I need a nap.
I haven't had a real visit from aunt flo since Christmas and I could have done without this one. Ugh!

I'm still fighting this morning's headache. It has to be something to do with the weather. I'm ready for spring...I need sunshine and warm temps.
